The way in which you use the Acai Berries in your diet is up to you and I have given you just a few simple suggestions to which you can add the pulp, powder or berries themselves to for any meal or snack. You can make smoothies that are filling enough and nutritious enough to replace a meal rather than accompany it and this can lead to faster weight loss.

Taking a few of the Acai Berry in your diet could change your whole outlook on food and especially seeing as they work as an appetite suppressant they can actually make you feel less hungry so by blending a few fruits or vegetables into a nutritious and tasty smoothie you can add Acai Berry or other forms and enjoy a healthy, balanced and weight reducing diet!
